Our Headshot Booths can be booked for either a half day (up to four hours) or a full day (up to eight hours). Depending on your event schedule and the number of attendees needing headshots, you can determine the amount of coverage required. Each headshot booth can generally accommodate up to 20 people per hour.

For events with executives or VIPs, we offer a custom calendar for designated guests, allowing them to get a great headshot efficiently without waiting in line.

Our custom visual display will scroll through images of attendees, along with custom sponsorship content to attract attention to your trade show booth. Images scroll in random order, encouraging attendees to linger at your booth.

Custom Sponsorship Signage - $900 (Included with Premium)
We will create branded signage designed to enhance and extend your brand to every part of your booth, helping to reinforce the connection with your company and attendees.

Social Media Content - $1900

A dedicated team member will create ready to use, social media-friendly content for your marketing team, including vertical videos for Instagram, cinematic behind-the-scenes footage, and stills, all delivered daily.

Hair and Makeup - $700 (half day) $1200 (full day)
An on-site hair and makeup station helps everyone look their best, offering quick touch-ups before their headshots. This adds significant value for attendees and improves the final images by eliminating stray hairs and reducing facial shine.

How many people can you provide headshots for at an event?

On average, each headshot station can accommodate approximately 20 people per hour, although the pace may vary depending on several factors. When located in a prominent, high-traffic area, the booth tends to attract more visitors. In many cases, the headshot station becomes one of the busiest spots at any conference. Offering complimentary headshots at a conference is akin to distributing candy bars at a kindergarten – expect it to be a popular draw. Under optimal conditions, a single station can serve between 200 and 300 people in a full day.

How are the images delivered?

When it comes to image delivery, you have choices. We streamline the process by renaming each image file to match the person's name in the headshot. For example, 1234.jpg becomes Smith_Jane.jpg. This simplifies the task of distributing the correct images to each individual later on. Once organized, we arrange them into individual galleries for each person and can deliver them individually or collectively in one gallery, depending on your preferences. All files are delivered via email. If your company prefers a specific FTP or upload system, we are happy to accommodate that as well.

Absolutely! We have dedicated event photographers on staff who understand how to capture what matters most at an event.
